The EKA® Skinning knife Orange 16 cm is ergonomically designed to separate the skin without damaging the meat or skin. The special shape of the blade are provided for precision and accuracy when skinning animals. The skinning knife could be used by professional chefs and butchers as well as by households and hunters. The Skinning knife Orange 16 cm has a wider skinning blade than the Skinning knife 15 cm & 18 cm, which means that the knife has contact with a larger area. This also allows you to work more efficiently, especially on larger animals. The EKA® skinners are available in different length to be applied according to the animal size. The quality of the material that EKA1882 is providing is to assure a safe and smooth performance.
The two-tone soft grip knife handle is made of Santoprene™, a hygienically approved material worldwide complying with the food law requirements. The EKA® skinning knife blade is made by the Swedish high-quality steel 12C27 providing an excellent stain resistance and prolonged edge retention. The sharpness and the edge durability are in perfect balance when hardened up to 58 HRC for durability and easiness in sharpening. The pronounced finger guard is ergonomically shaped for safety and confidence while operating.
