The EKA® Boning knife 16 cm has an ergonomically design. It has a narrow blade with a pointed tip, used to separate the meat from the bone. The boning knife could be used by professionals as well as by households and hunters. The blade length of the boning knife not only depends on the animal size, but as well on the kind of cuts. The flexibility is optioned for personal preferences not only for a purpose of use. The quality of the material that EKA® is providing is to assure a safe and smooth performance. Our two-tone soft grip handles are made of Santoprene™, a hygienically approved material worldwide complying with the food law requirements. Feel its sure-grip feature is above the ordinary. The EKA® blades are made by the Swedish high-quality steel 12C27 providing an excellent stain resistance and prolonged edge retention. The sharpness and the edge durability are in perfect balance when hardened up to 58 HRC for durability and easiness in sharpening. The pronounced finger guard is ergonomically shaped for safety and confidence while operating.

- Maintain your EKA Butcher knife by sharpening regularly, use for example the EKA Sharpening Steel.
- To protect your knife and blade from getting damaged, we recommend storing it on a magnetic strip or in a knife block.
