Description of the EKA® the RTG-1 Olive Blade, Black G10 Handle

A full tang knife 100% Made in the USA for just about anything survival, adventure, hunting, wilderness living, security, military, and rescue. The knife has a beefy 5mm thick blade with full tang construction, make it ideal for heavy duty use. Textured thumb grip on blade back for better control. Ergonomic handle material with a finger guard to achieve an optimum grip in adverse conditions, assembled with precision machine screws allowing user to complete disassembly for cleaning.

With proper knife care and by regularly maintaining your EKA1882 knife, you ensure it always performs at its best. Our blades are incredibly sharp, so handle them carefully during cleaning. We also recommend oiling the blade regularly for extra protection against corrosion and optimal performance.

  • Never use your knife blade as an axe, chisel, punch, pry bar or screwdriver.
  • Clean your knife with dish soap after each use and dry it thoroughly. This will help prevent corrosion, even on stainless steel. For hygienic reasons, ensure the blade is completely dry before placing it back in its sheath.
  • Oil your knife for extra protection against corrosion. We recommend using natural oils for an environmentally friendly choice.

  • The kydex sheath can be washed both by hand or in the dishwasher.
